Under the responsibility of the Production and Customer Service Manager, you will have to put forward your experience by carrying out the following responsibilities:

Main responsibilities :
  • Provide first level support to our customers across Canada
  • Document all calls using our ticketing system to ensure proper documentation and better tracking
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a response consistent with the goals and objectives of the company
  • Act as a liaison agent between the customer and the other departments of the company
  • Redirect support calls to a higher level, when necessary
Requirements : 
  • Diploma of college studies (DEC) or professional studies (DEP) in computer support
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a customer contact center
  • Bilingualism oral and written (french and english)
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems (POS)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system (an asset);
  • Good knowledge of SQL language (an asset favouring career development);
  • Good ability to work under pressure;
  • Great communication skills
  • To be available full time during the day from Monday to Friday
  • To be available on a rotational basis evenings and weekends
